In November 2005, MEMPR issued a public Request for Proposal (RFP) for a delivery agent to manage pilot incentive programs to be offered to select CAEE communities over a one-year period. The RFP was awarded to City Green Solutions, Homeworks Services and Light House Sustainable Building Centre. The activities of this pilot project fall under the name: the “Energy Savings Plan.”

The Energy Savings Plan (ESP) pilot project ran from March 2006 to March 2007 and was aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes and commercial buildings in several communities throughout British Columbia. Our goal was to deliver over 80,000 gigajoules of savings by March 31, 2007.
